Exercise: Overhead Squat
Comment: 5 sets
Every 3:00 minutes
3- Overhead squats with (:03 second pause hold in bottom of squat)
1:00 minute on/ :30 seconds off
Alternating 1- arm KB Snatch (35/20)
*Athlete must show control at top of rep and CAN NOT drop KB from top
*scale up= heavier KB’s (53′s/26′s) and/or perform Chest to bar pull-ups
